How to Prepare Grill Chicken at Your Home

We understand it’s tiring for you to think of cooking while returning for home from a long & tiring work day. Here is one recipe that will make you do less work but get fresh warm food.


  • Whole chicken with skin ( Scored 1 kg total )
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp ginger paste
  • Teaspoon garlic paste
  • Half 1 tsp chili powder
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • Half a teaspoon of fenu greek powder
  • Sift dry chill powder a little bit (the amount can be more or less)
  • Half a teaspoon of dry mint ( if you do not dry Mint and Mint can paste )
  • Color a little bit ( of )
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Two tablespoons of oil
In a bowl pour oil, lemon extract, 1 / 4 cups water and shot all of the above spices to make a paste.
Now brush the paste all over the pre-scored chicken and keep it in a fridge for hours to get marinated.
Finallly, Pre-Heat the oven on 180 degree Celsius and cook for 45 minutes.
You’re all done, now serve the delicious Grilled Chicken with Healthy Chicken Salad and Naan Roti.
