  • Finely cubed beef stew meat  2 pounds
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp        
  • Crumbled beef bouillon 4 cubes   
  • Water 4 cups   
  • Dried rosemary 1 tsp
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper ½ tsp
  • Peeled & cubed large potatoes 3
  • Carrot  (cut into 1 inch pie 4
  • Stalks celery (cut into 1 inch pieces) 4
  • Finely chopped large onion 1   
  • Cornstarch 2 tsp
  • Cold water 2 tsp

How to make:

  • Step one:    Heat the remaining vegetable oil in  a big pot or a large dutch oven. Now add beef and cook in a medium heat until it turn into brown
  • Step two:    Dissolve bouillon in water and pour it into the pot. Stir in pepper, parsley and rosemary, bring to a boil in a moderate heat. Cover the pot and simmer 1 hour
  • Step three:    Add potatoes, celery, carrots and onion into the pot, stir very well. Blend cornstarch with 2 tsp cold water and into the stew. Cover the pot and simmer another 1 hour
  • Step four:     Yeah now its time to serve. Remove the pot and divide the beef stew among serving bowls and serve it immediately.
